Refund policy
At CharmsCrafted, we take immense pride in offering handcrafted jewelry that reflects artistry and elegance. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed. However, we offer exchanges and store credit under specific conditions.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We do not issue cash refunds for any reason. However, exchanges and store credit are provided if:
✔️ The product(s) received are different from the ones ordered.
✔️ The product(s) arrive in a damaged condition.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit?
- Email us at helpcharmscrafted@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear pictures of the product
- Mandatory unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item
- Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher (unlimited validity), which can be used on our website.
Important Notes:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or store credits.
Store credits cannot be used on sale items.
Products bought from third-party websites or offline stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
🔹 Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our support team. Any reports made after 24 hours will not be considered.
Exchange Policy – India
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons of personal preference.
- In rare cases, an exchange may be approved, but the customer must bear the pickup and re-shipping charge of ₹250/- (PAN India).
- Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
No Refund or Exchange Will Be Given in the Following Cases:
Customized or pre-ordered items are non-returnable.
Used or worn products will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Minor color/design variations due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of the products are not considered defects.
In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded – shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs duties and international shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Pre-orders and made-to-order items are non-cancellable.
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
- If an order is canceled before shipping, only a store credit (gift voucher) will be issued – no cash refunds.
